SW-120003 - South Africa - Third Party Payment Solution - Deadline November 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party payment solution.• The Service Provider shall upon receipt of payment from the customer, immediately issue a machine/system printed receipt to the customer in a format as approved by the agency.• The receipt format shall contain, but not limited to, the following: Date; Time; Receipt/Unique Reference number; POS number; Cashier name and/or Number; Amount tendered; Amount receipted; Mode of payment; Change (if applicable) and Municipal account number or unique reference number.• The Service provider shall ensure the speed to complete the transaction (end–to–end), is not longer than 10 seconds (from when the tender type is presented until the receipt is printed).• The Service Provider must be registered with the agency Security Standards Council• The Service Provider must be registered with agency as a Third Party Payment Provider• The Service Provider must provide the necessary specifications on how card fraud and payment disputes will be managed and catered for.• The Service provider shall provide monthly reports on the non–availability of the E–Commerce services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than 16 October 2026.
