CONS-24987 - USA (Beaufort, North Carolina) - Construction Manager at Risk Service - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in Beaufort, NC.• Task 1 will include preparation of an early site package for preliminary site work, including preliminary site grading; erosion and sediment control measures; stormwater management improvements required for the early site work; preliminary underground utilities and infrastructure; and site access, driveway, and parking improvements• Task 2 will include final site grading and drainage; completion of site utilities not included in Task 1; and adjustments needed to coordinate the site with the completed building footprint, finished floor elevations, utility requirements, and final site layout– The anticipated program will include the following housing components:• Three 47–bed closed–cell male units• One 48–bed open–bunk male dormitory unit• Two 8–bed closed–cell segregation units• Two 31–bed closed–cell female units(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2026.
