MEDI-7812 - USA (Waterford, Michigan) - Substance Abuse Assessment Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide substance abuse assessment services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.– Provide all education, training, certifications, and licensing needed for a substance use disorder prevention or treatment program and to perform the assessments, including certification.– Provide clinical intake and interviews, one–on–one meetings to discuss drug or alcohol history, treatment goals, and personal history of the participants of the programs from the 52–district court.– Provide a diagnostic evaluation and a standardized screening tool, such as the alcohol screening test, the substance abusers subtle screening inventory, or similar, to determine the severity of the substance use.– Provide assessments that include personalized treatment recommendations, including but not limited to a tailored care plan that may include referrals to outpatient/inpatient treatment, connecting the individuals with medical professionals, psychiatrists, or specialized addiction care, education classes, or support groups.– Provide psychological and risk assessments evaluating mental health, family life, and environmental risk, and provide a diagnostic impression and prognosis on the risk of future substance misuse or driving under the influence.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
