STAFF-16523 - USA (Lake, Indiana) - Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer Services - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative adjudication hearing officer services to the government authority located in Lake, IN.– JOB DUTIESThe Proposer shall be expected, at a minimum, to perform the following as job duties:1. Hear testimony and accept evidence that is relevant to the existence of the presented code violations.2. Issue subpoenas directing witnesses to appear and give relevant testimony at the hearings, upon the request of the parties or their representatives.3. Preserve and authenticate the record of the hearing and all exhibits and evidence introduced at the hearings.4. Issue a written determination, based on the evidence presented at the hearing, of whether a code violation exists, which shall include written findings of fact, decision, and order including a fine, penalty, and/or action with which the respondent must comply.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
