This contract is for annual requirements of asphalt materials for the City of St. Petersburg Stormwater, Pavement, and Traffic Operations Department. This sixty (60) month contract contains a provision for price adjustments (increase/decrease) at twelve (12) month intervals after the date of award and thereafter annually for the life of the contract, based on the average of the Producer Price Index "Asphalt Paving and Roofing Materials" not seasonally adjusted.
