(1) Vendor needs to provide family medical leave administration administrative (FMLA) services for active employees.– Initial Claim Intake: Offerors shall clearly identify the methods by which they accept FMLA claims, hours for claim intake, call center services and call handling experience and capability.– Eligibility: Offerors shall outline their eligibility protocols, processes, and notification methods regarding ineligibility status.– Offeror’s Expertise: Offerors shall describe their expertise in the administration of the FMLA. Offerors shall also demonstrate their experience implementing and administering State Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) programs for local government and public–school entities, including providing legislative and regulatory guidance, implementation planning, policy development, employee communications, training, system configuration, and ongoing compliance support as state PFML requirements evolve.– Compliance: Offerors shall provide their approach to monitoring FMLA law, updating processes, and how they make all FMLA legislation available for employee/client review on their website.– Providing legislative and regulatory guidance, implementation planning, policy development, employee communications, training, system configuration, and ongoing compliance support as state PFML requirements evolve.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
