LEGAL-17371 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Bond and Disclosure Legal Counsel Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bond and disclosure legal counsel services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.         – Provide legal advice and assistance on law, federal tax law, federal securities law, and any regulations or requirements governing the issuance of the notes.– Provide comptroller with monthly status reports detailing the type of legal work performed during the preceding month, date and time spent, and name of the attorney performing the work.– Provide legal support for all other matters necessary or incidental to the issuance of the notes or other obligations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
