(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste and recycling material hauling services to the government authority located in Winnebago, WI. – Solid Waste: 85,000 to 110,000 tons with approximately 30–32 tons per trip.– Recyclable Material: 11,000–15,000 tons with approximately 18–21 tons per trip.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
