(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design service to the government authority located in Vista, CA. – Provide comprehensive design services necessary to develop the new park from conceptual design through construction documents and permitting. – Services are expected to include civil design, landscape architecture design.– Provide all available existing plans, studies, reports, aerial photos, topographic information, and other records.– Advertise and award construction contracts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026. (3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
