(1) Vendor needs to provide escrow and title services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Title services agency who will provide fast and accurate title searching services e.g. abstracts, title reports, name searches, date downs, foreclosure reports. • Title Services: to provide title insurance, preliminary title reports, title reports, litigation guarantees, and ownership information. • Escrow services: Review, organize and prepare purchase and sale agreement packages including all required attachments, exhibits and documents• Disburse funds to buyer, seller, agents, title services contractor and to any other parties of the transaction.• Manage and disburse tenant relocation funds for acquired properties, if applicable.• Pay notary fees, messenger fees and courier overnight mail/delivery service.• Obtain both partial and full reconveyances.• Provide access rights endorsements in the policies.• Provide messenger services as requested.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
