(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and branding services.– Develop a comprehensive marketing and branding program.– The objective of this project is to design branding elements and marketing tools—including visual identity standards, wayfinding and interpretive signage, and digital and physical promotional materials—that reinforce downtown revitalization investments and improve navigation, visitor experience, and public engagement.– Support the municipality in advancing a coordinated branding strategy that increases visibility, promotes local assets, and contributes to sustained economic development and community revitalization outcomes.– Branding designs, draft brand guidelines (to include, but not limited to logos, color palettes, typography, and implementation guide).– Signage, draft designs of a series of wayfinding elements such as directional signs, gateway signs, interpretive signs consistent with the Strategic Investment Plan; and a downtown marketing strategy and draft design.
