(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual equipment upgrade service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Improve audio clarity and reliability during board meetings– Replace the existing wired microphone system with a fully wireless delegate microphone system.– Improve mobility and flexibility for conference room users– Provide a system capable of supporting live streaming and recording of meetings.– Provide a modern, reliable, and user–friendly audio solution– Ensure the system supports compliance with applicable state requirements for meeting accessibility, recording, and operational functionality.– The contractor shall be responsible for restoring the conference room to full operational condition after installation, testing, or any demonstrations, including cleanup and system reset.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
