Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide metabolic analyzer system to the government authority located in TN. – Install benchtop analytical instrument for real–time, live–cell measurement of cellular energy metabolism (bioenergetics), including cellular oxygen consumption and extracellular acidification/pH. – The instrument will support research in immunometabolism, infectious disease, and translational research, including metabolic phenotyping of immune, primary, and cultured cells, and assessment of mitochondrial function.– Integrated instrument–control, acquisition, and analysis software that automatically calculates standard bioenergetic parameters.– Documentation of system architecture, network and connectivity requirements, any cloud components, and where research data are stored and processed, sufficient for institutional information–security review.– Automated data–quality control, including flagging of outlier wells and measurements.– Data export in open, analysable formats.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
