INSU-6644 - USA (Lindon, Utah) - Employee Benefits Insurance Brokerage and Consulting Services - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits insurance brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Lindon, UT.– Audit the District’s benefit plans for compliance.– Provide ongoing, detailed data analysis of the district’s benefit plans.– Assist with annual benefit renewals, including providing renewal projections, obtaining renewal estimates from carriers and/or administrators, evaluating renewal proposals, providing findings and recommendations, and negotiating renewal terms when appropriate.– Consult and assist with the development and design of self–funded plans.– Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms.– Analyze claims history and insurance utilization monthly.– Provide guidance regarding employee benefit issues, industry trends, and proposed or new legislation.– Assist with the development of employee benefit communications and participate in benefit fairs and the annual enrollment process.– Provide other related benefits consulting services.– Provide health and wellness recommendations.– Assist the District with health, pharmacy, vision, dental, and life insurance bids and proposals.– Attend and assist with organizing employee benefit fairs.– Assist the District with obtaining excess reinsurance.– Provide actuarial services, as needed, to determine the actuarial value of self–funded health plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
