Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting hall audio and visual system replacement service to the government authority located in Jamestown, RI.– The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to assess, evaluate, repair, and upgrade our Meeting Room audio–visual equipment.– Assess and evaluate current space, equipment, and connections.– Determine which equipment is reusable and which needs replacement.– Recommend new equipment.– Install and test equipment.– Provide staff training.– Provide a maintenance schedule for staff to ensure the life of the equipment.– Technical Requirements– Connectivity and integration– Recommendation for ideal laptop or desktop for system– Blu–ray/DVD player– Solution for live music– HDMI ports outside of AV closet– Audio/Acoustics– Lapel/lavalier microphones– Minimum 4 wireless microphones– Portable speaker system– Assisted listening devices for the hearing impaired (optional)– Clear, well–balanced sound(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
