(1) Vendor needs to provide security information and event management platform, managed detection and response services and security operations center services to the government authority located in MI. – Provide solution that combines advanced security monitoring technology with continuous threat detection, investigation, response support and security operations expertise. – Provide technology, monitoring services, threat detection, threat investigation, incident escalation, reporting, and operational support necessary to strengthen the agency's cybersecurity posture and reduce organizational risk.1. Provide a comprehensive managed security monitoring and incident response solution consisting of:• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Technology• Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Services• Security Operations Center (SOC) Services• Threat Intelligence Capabilities• Security Incident Investigation and Response Support2. Solution shall support monitoring and analysis of security events from a variety of technologies including:• Network infrastructure: Cisco Network Infrastructure, Firewalls, Wireless Infrastructure, etc.• Identity and access management: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA Solutions, etc.• Cloud and SaaS platforms: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Cisco Duo, etc.• Servers and endpoints: Windows Servers, Linux Servers and Web Applications, etc.• Vulnerability and security platforms:– Tenable– Security Assessment Platforms– Future Vulnerability Management Solutions(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
