(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise LIDAR and imagery viewer solution.– Provide an enterprise level solution for storing, managing, viewing, and extracting features from statewide Mobile, Terrestrial, and Aerial LiDAR datasets and associated digital imagery.– Solution must support long term, secure storage; high performance visualization; and automated or semi–automated extraction of roadway and roadside assets.– Provide secure, scalable cloud storage for large LiDAR and imagery datasets.– Deliver a corridor–based viewer capable of streaming point clouds and imagery at high performance for users across the agency.– Offer viewing of data from multiple sources such as but not limited to external feature extraction solutions, GIS, engineering drawings for engineering, survey, asset management, safety, and planning use cases.– Align with existing agency workflows, GIS systems, data governance frameworks, and IT security requirements.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
