(1) Vendor needs to provide litigation support services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – Provide legal services, including but not limited to; drafting pleadings, drafting motions, defending or taking depositions, expert witness identification/retention, supporting mediation, and potentially conducting trial and any appeals arising therefrom, among other litigation–related activities as determined by agency; – Summary of the regulatory and statutory framework if applicable;– Background information and witness identification as necessary(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
