(1) Vendor needs to provide self–contained public restroom construction service to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA.• The City seeks a high–quality, accessible and reliable public restroom that canoperate without permanent electrical, potable–water or sanitary–sewer utility connections• This is a performance–based solicitation; equivalent technologies are encouraged. Theanticipated initial deployment is one restroom for 6 to 12 months of operation at a City approved site, with options for relocation, additional units and extension, subject to City approval and funding.• Expand public access to safe, clean, accessible and dignified restroom facilities. – Evaluate rapid deployment and minimal site preparation without permanent utility hookups• Provide proactive cleaning, servicing, and maintenance based on actual conditions and usage.• Measure usage, uptime, cleanliness, response times, user feedback and total cost per use.• Restroom Unit and Infrastructure Supply a durable, weather–resistant, vandal–resistant modular or prefabricated restroom suitable for public urban settings, including toilet, running–water handwashing sink, soap,• Access, Safety, and Privacy: Describe all entry methods and ensure that a smartphone, paid application or cellular data plan is not the only means of public access(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
