(1) Vendor needs to provide telephonic interpretation client service.– Providing scheduled and on–demand telephonic interpretation services during client's office visits to high–volume call center support. – Provide on–demand or as–needed telephonic interpreter services for individuals with limited English proficient (LEP) needing instantaneous Interpreter assistance.– Providing telephonic interpreters services to state or local government entities on a 365–days a year, seven–day a week, 24–hour a day basis.– Listening to and interpretation of voicemail and related client language identification services.– Assistance in identifying the spoken languages of clients.– Speak in the first–person.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
