(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accountant service to the government authority located in Brighton, CO. • Services:– Monthly bank reconciliations of approximately 4 operations accounts and 10 savings accounts.– Monthly allocation of payroll & benefits between 4 programs.– Monthly preparation of internal financial reports.– Review agency’s operating budgets for all programs.– Close agency’s books for all programs for the fiscal year.– Prepare all financial statements as required by agency.– Work with the independent public accountant who performs the annual fiscal audit and work with agency to resolve any audit findings which may relate to the financial area.– Provide a year–end synopsis of tax credit projects.– Provide a synopsis of tax credit projects when requested by the agency on financial reports provided by tax credit staff throughout the year.– Provide financial assistance when needed for ongoing development projects.– Any other accounting issues as requested.– Provide monthly Voucher Management System (VMS) data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
