(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Provide detection and quantification of standard cannabinoids and tetrahydrocannabinol in specimens provided.– Specimen Samples may include:1. Flower2. Powder3. Liquid4. Edibles5. Crystals6. Tinctures7. E–liquid in a closed or open system– Maintain a forensic chain of custody for all specimens that are tested.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
