Vendor needs to provide vegetation clearing services to the government authority located in NY. – Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove all brush, shrubs, vines, saplings and trees located within 15 feet of the concrete and stone aqueduct. • Remove all brush, shrubs, vines, invasive vegetation, saplings, and trees of all sizes within the designated work area.• Cut and remove vegetation growing from cracks, joints, stone masonry, and concrete surfaces using methods that prevent damage to the structure.• Cut trees flush with the ground where stump removal could disturb the aqueduct or surrounding structure unless otherwise directed by the owner.• Remove all limbs, trunks, logs, brush, and vegetative debris from the site.• Dispose of all debris at a licensed disposal or recycling facility in accordance with applicable regulations.• Trim remaining vegetation outside the work limits only as necessary to safely complete the work.• Leave the work area clean, neat and in safe condition• Repair any rutting or disturbed areas caused by construction activities• Restore disturbed areas with topsoil seed and mulch.
