EXTRA-72802 - USA (Yreka, California) - Facility Operation and Management Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility operation and management service to the government authority located in Yreka, CA.        – The selected operator will be responsible for the day–to–day operations, maintenance, and capital Improvement.– Provide responsive customer service, maintain a welcoming and family–friendly environment, and ensure continued public access and enjoyment of campground, marina, and recreational facilities.– Marina, waterfront operation and maintenance of the boat ramp, bait shop, gas dock, and mooring slips.– Operator will be responsible for all routine maintenance and minor repairs to onsite buildings that are necessary for day–to–day operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for thirty years.           (4) A mandatory pre–proposal walk through will be held on September 15, 2026.
