(1) Vendor needs to provide park police promotional examination development and administration service to the government authority located in Riverdale, MD.– Provide developing and administering the park police promotional examination process for promotional positions within park police divisions.– Job analyses, as well as development and administration of written examinations and assessment center exercises for promotions to the ranks of park police sergeant, lieutenant, and captain.– Perform job analyses for the ranks of park police sergeant, lieutenant, and captain.(2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026
