(1) Vendor needs to provide hybrid counseling services to the government authority located in Willits, CA. – The employment and development of young people, and the conservation and enhancement of the state's natural resources.– The Hybrid Counseling Program is a component of a comprehensive Corpsmember development program which includes programs in work learn, literacy, career development, conservation awareness, community activism and basic education.– In coordination with the service district Corpsmember Development staff (CD), the counselor provides counseling to Corpsmembers– Growing from that core element, the hybrid counselor provides an expanded array of services such as: individual and group counseling, support groups, education and personal development classes/workshops (such as sexual assault prevention), peer leadership development, peer counseling, staff consultation and training, identifying and engaging Corpsmembers into the counseling program and referral to community services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
