CONS-23282 - USA (Tucson, Arizona) - Construction Monitoring and Inspection Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction monitoring and inspection services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.– Consultant will provide for the county all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to provide consulting services, as more fully described.– All finished and unfinished as–builts, shop drawings, documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, photographs, reports and other information in whatever form, including electronic, acquired or prepared by consultant.– Provision of advisory services to the agency or DOT regarding compliance of construction activities with construction plans and specifications – Performance of surveillance of construction work on a daily basis or as directed by the agency or DOT.– Provision of advisory services to the agency or DOT regarding compliance of construction activities with construction plans and specifications – The Supervisor/Manager must have at east 5 years of experience in the supervision and management of inspection staff, contract administration and field issue resolution, and possess an engineering background.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26,2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.
