(1) Vendor needs to provide talent development program services to the government authority located in Washington.• Consultant, organization, or equity–centered talent development partner to collaborate with the college in designing, developing, and implementing an equity–centered talent development program that advances the college’s commitment to education, equity, inclusive excellence, student belonging, and equitable student outcomes.• Ground all strategies with liberatory design models that advance and centers equity, transform power dynamics, recognize oppressive practices, seeks collaboration, practice transparency.• Grow the skills and capacity of faculty, staff and leaders with an emphasis on leading for student success and equitable system change.• To establish a cohesive, sustainable, and institutionally integrated talent development program that moves beyond awareness–building and one–time training toward meaningful application, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.• Develop a common foundation for understanding educational equity, institutional and systemic barriers, inclusive excellence, culturally responsive and sustaining practices, universal design for learning, and the relationship between individual practice and institutional outcomes.• Provide professional learning experiences that enable participants to apply equity–centered principles to their daily responsibilities, including teaching and learning, student services, advising, assessment, hiring and retention, supervision, leadership, policy development, and other relevant institutional practices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
