(1) Vendor needs to provide food and nutrition services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Provide food and nutrition services to low–income HIV–positive people living in city– These services aim to improve health outcomes through prepared meals, groceries, nutrition assessments, education, and other supportive nutrition services. – To better serve the diverse communities affected by HIV, the program must also address stigma and other barriers that clients from different backgrounds may face when accessing care.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
