(1) Vendor needs to provide youth soccer and basketball sports jerseys supplies to the government authority located in York, VA. • Soccer jersey requirements: provide short–sleeve soccer jerseys that meet the following minimum requirements:– Constructed of athletic performance fabric, moisture–wicking fabric, or Dri–FIT® equivalent material.– Available in crew neck or V–neck styles.– Available in youth sizes XS through XL and adult sizes S through XXL.– Available in a minimum of twenty (20) color options.• Basketball jersey requirements: provide reversible sleeveless basketball jerseys that meet the following minimum requirements:– Reversible jersey construction.– Constructed of polyester athletic fabric, moisture–wicking fabric, or Dri–FIT® equivalent material.– Available in youth sizes XS through XL and adult sizes S through XXL.– Available in multiple color combinations (example: Royal Blue/White).• Artwork and proof approval: provide electronic artwork proofs for agency review and approval prior to production.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
