(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, hosting, maintain and customer logging system using WordPress content management system. – Provide develop a customized website and customer service log and tracking system.– Implementing a scalable, secure, user–friendly, mobile–responsive, and accessible system that enhances customers’ access to relevant information, as well as the ability to track, manage, and analyze customer service activity for use by customers and customer service agents.– Present a modern, visually appealing design aligned with organization branding.– Improve content organization and searchability.– Provide an easy–to–use Content Management System (CMS) for staff to update on a regular Basis.– Give customer service agents ability to log interactions from phone, email, web forms, chat, social media, and in–person visits.– Automatic timestamping and user identification.– Case creation, assignment, escalation, and closure.– Ability for tracking and automated reminders.– Ability to organize or link related cases or accounts.– Ability to integrate with email, phone or VoIP systems and other external platforms.– Cloud deployment.– Design and build an interactive website using secure, scalable Content Management System (CMS).– Optimize for speed, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and mobile performance.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
