DE-5519 - USA (Wisconsin) - Data Entry and Document Courier Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data entry and document courier services.– Receive up to three (3) electronic files from the agency central office per week.– Return electronic files of keyed files at least two (2) times per week.– Files must be returned promptly after data entry is complete, within 1 business day.– Approximately 1,000 lines of 15 to 30 fields are included in each file.– Files include but are not limited to lockbox information.– Format:– For data entry, the Contractor shall provide data in Excel file, comma–separated values (CSV) file, and 8–bit Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) file.– Media:– Contractor shall provide data on any reasonable media requested.– Provide data on the following media:– DVD–ROM: Shall meet all industry standards.– CD–ROM: Shall meet all industry standards.– Flash drive.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
