(1) Vendor needs to provide IT procurement services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide end–to–end IT procurement services for hardware, software, and related technology solutions.– Translate business needs into technical specifications and bill of materials.– Vendor sourcing and market analysis.– Provide multiple sourcing options with comparative analysis.– Maintain access to a broad supplier network for IT hardware and software.– Manage the end–to–end procurement lifecycle.– Coordinate order fulfillment with manufacturers and suppliers.– Contract and commercial management.– Logistics, delivery, and coordination.– Asset and inventory management.– Lifecycle and renewal management.– Provide cost optimization recommendations, including alternative products or sourcing strategies.– Vendor and relationship management.– Integration with enterprise procurement or financial systems.– Automated procurement workflows or tools.– Integration with IT asset management systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
