Vendor needs to provide strategic plan review and 60th anniversary vision services.• Analyze member retention data, engagement metrics, the efficacy of current member benefits, and the future for professional membership associations in education generally, and in world language education specifically.• Design and deploy a digital membership survey to capture evolving member needs, value perceptions, industry challenges, and connections to agency current five strategic plan pillars.• Conduct interviews across diverse leadership and membership groups (e.g., board of directors, committees, special interest groups, staff, individual and organizational members).• Compare our association’s value proposition against modern, competing professional association communities and digital platforms.• Identify and benchmark the current five Strategic Plan pillars to the community engagement data collected.
