TELCOM-3007 - USA (Sherwood, Oregon) - Engineering and Fiber Infrastructure Support Services - Deadline September 30,2026

Vendor needs to provide engineering and fiber infrastructure support services to the government authority located in Sherwood, OR.• Maintain GIS records for routes, conduit, cable, structures, poles, cabinets, splice enclosures, and related fiber assets.• Update fiber counts, splice assignments, strand/connectivity information, and other fiber–management records, including 3–GIS when applicable.• Perform records reconciliation, data cleanup, QA/QC, mapping, and related GIS or fiber–records support. • Prepare aerial and underground fiber designs, including conduit, handholes/vaults, poles/attachments, cabinets, splice facilities, cable sizing, and splice planning.• Prepare construction drawings, quantities, cost estimates, technical details, and construction–phase design support• Identify required permits and prepare permit applications, drawings, exhibits, and supporting documentation.• Coordinate with electric utilities, telecommunications carriers, pole owners, contractors, and City staff; perform field review when needed.
