(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokers service to the government authority located in Fairfield, NJ. • Assist in the review/drafting of coverage documents.• Maintain accurate exposure data and provide an annual report by member agency.• Canvass the insurance market for appropriate carriers or reinsurers• Provide ongoing review and advice to the Board and staff of market trends and pricing.• Prepare a written report, as directed and needed, to the on the annual coverage renewal and other insurance issues.• Bind approved coverage and conform placement in writing.• Prepare a written analysis and detail summary of excess/reinsurance coverage documents and policies.• Provide assistance and coordinate other services provided by the brokerage form.• Participate in marketing and educational programs.• Provide review and assistance with property claims coverage/adjustment, as needed.• Be available to advise and assist staff regarding coverage, excess/reinsurance documents, and other risk management issues
