FURNITURE CLEANING SERVICES

The County of Orange/County Procurement Office is seeking to partner with a qualified contractors to provide Furniture Cleaning Services to various County facilities located throughout the County of Orange on an as-needed basis. No guarantee is given by the County regarding usage of this Contract. No minimum or maximum number of referrals is guaranteed, expressed, or implied under this Contract. Facility locations may be added or deleted, and service hours modified at any given time. The Contractor shall only accept referrals from County of Orange agencies/departments. Each Department may have different hours of operations, but all non-urgent services shall be done within regular County business hours. All emergency/urgent services shall be coordinated with each respective ordering Department. Contractor is required to provide Furniture Cleaning Services to include, but no limited, to upholstery upon request by any County Department.
