Description
The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS)/Division of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) is seeking two (2) contract workers to serve as a full-time Attorneys to the Division of CSE. The selected individual will perform a number of duties, including but not limited to responding to public records requests; contract drafting and review; RFP drafting and review; legislative research, review and drafting; editing; IRS compliance oversight; case review and analysis; system modernization analysis and testing; legal research and writing; and court observation and monitoring.
