Quarterly LFG Well Installation Services

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of new vertical gas extraction wells and associated piping and appurtenances, with an option for horizontal collectors in the place of or in addition to vertical extraction wells, at the Kiefer Landfill. Construction activities under this scope of work are to be conducted over a period of two (2) years with one (1) mobilization per quarter to complete work requested by County prior to each mobilization. The scope of work requested each quarter will vary based on Couty needs.
