(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance consulting services to the government authority located in Gillette, WY.1. Current program review:– Review all existing insurance policies, including medical, dental and vision.– Analyze coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions and premiums.2. Market comparisons:– Assess coverage differences, financial structures, governance models, and risk–sharing mechanisms.– Evaluate quality of coverage in network and out of network for our region.3. Financial analysis:– Provide total cost of risk analysis for each option.– Project 3–5 years cost trends under each model.– Evaluate financial stability and sustainability of each option.– Review plan runout costs and forfeited trust funds.4. Risk assessment:– Identify coverage gaps between the different options/plans.– Assess risk exposure specific to school district operations.– Evaluate loss control and risk management services offered by each option.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for two years.
