Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late Proposals will not be accepted. Project work includes Construction Management Services for the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM). Firms responsible for the design of a project are not permitted to undertake CM services for the same project due to the inherent conflict of interest.
