(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsored programs lifecycle assessment service.    – Higher‑education research administration to conduct a comprehensive, high‑level assessment of sponsored programs activities across the full lifecycle of externally funded projects.    – Assess the effectiveness of proposal development specialists support for concept development, sponsor alignment, and proposal planning.– Review tools, templates, and processes used to support early‑stage proposal development.– Assess negotiation workflows, including turnaround times and escalation pathways.– Evaluate processes for account setup, budget loading, and communication of award conditions.– Identify opportunities to improve timeliness, accuracy, and clarity of award setup.– Active award management.– Cross‑Unit coordination and communication.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
