(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing and management service to the government authority located in Norman, OK.– Provide comprehensive grant writing, research and application services.– Grant research and prospecting continuously monitor and identify funding opportunities.– This includes crafting executive summaries, data–driven statements of need, budgets, and project evaluation plans.– Ensure project expenditures are eligible under the grant award, meeting grant deadlines, and following closeout procedures.– Write, edit, and assemble comprehensive grant applications.– Needs assessment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
