MRB-56120 - USA (Pennsylvania) - Fireworks Display Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fireworks display services.– Provide a fireworks show for the city's Independence Day celebration.– Responsible for all logistics, including delivery, coordination with river authorities, staging, and removal following the event.– Design of the fireworks display should be patriotic in nature and contain elements consistent with the fourth of July, independence day, and include a grand finale.– Display set to a musical soundtrack, which will be produced and provided by a third–party radio sponsor.– Provide a 25–Minute fireworks display at approximately 9:35 PM on July 4th.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
