(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Los Altos Hills, CA.– Pick up litter; empty all trash and recycling containers; replace liners; and dispose of materials in designated receptacles. – Vacuum all floors and entry mats, including carpeted and non–carpeted areas as appropriate.– Sweep and wet mop hard–surface floors using appropriate cleaning and disinfecting products.– Spot–clean carpets as needed using appropriate carpet–cleaning products.– Clean public counters and other frequently used surfaces.– Clean walls, partitions, and doors as needed to remove stains, marks, and spots.– Clean doors and windows.– Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.– Clean, sanitize, and refill dispensers, including paper towels, hand sanitizer, and soap, as applicable.– Dust surfaces, including desks, tables, counters, windowsills, vent grills, and other dust collecting surfaces.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.
