(1) Vendor needs to provide solar–powered e–transportation and power hubs program service to the government authority located in Brighton, CO. – Support alternative transportation by creating a solar–powered e–transportation hub (e–hub) program. – The Consultant shall develop and implement a public outreach and marketing strategy to increase awareness and utilization of the e–hubs.– provide monthly progress reports and quarterly performance reports documenting project activities and outcomes.– Project initiation and implementation plan.– E–Hub design and implementation support.– Community engagement and marketing.– Operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
