Cationic Water-Soluble Polymer in Emulsion for Wastewater Treatment Operations

The City of Granbury is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the purchase and delivery of Cationic Water-Soluble Polymer in Emulsion for use in the City’s wastewater treatment operations. The polymer will be utilized at the City’s wastewater treatment plants to support treatment processes in accordance with applicable operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The selected proposer shall provide a reliable and consistent supply of polymer that meets or exceeds the City’s specified quality and performance requirements. The successful proposer shall be responsible for furnishing the chemical in the required quantities and providing timely delivery to the City’s designated wastewater treatment facilities in accordance with the specifications, delivery requirements, safety requirements, and all other terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. The City intends to establish an agreement with the proposer determined to provide the best overall value to the City based on the evaluation criteria established in this Request for Proposals. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities, and award the agreement in accordance with applicable laws, City policies, and procurement requirements.
