Vendor needs to provide temporary relief speech pathology services to the government authority located in California.a. Complete an initial speech–language evaluation for each authorized referral within one (1) business day of the scheduled evaluation unless otherwise directed by the Home.b. Develop an individualized treatment plan consistent with physician orders and resident needs.c. Provide recommendations to the treating physician when additional treatment or changes in care are clinically indicated.d. Perform therapy services in accordance with accepted standards of practice and all applicable State and federal regulations.
