LEGAL-18560 - USA (Old Bridge, New Jersey) - Foreclosure Attorney Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide foreclosure attorney services to the government authority located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.• Shall be required to file in rem foreclosure complaints resulting from real estate tax deficiency or as a result of other unpaid township liens existing against real property within the township.• Representation shall include all actions necessary to file an action in the superior court of new jersey to foreclose tax liens held by the township and seeing same through to conclusion, including representing the township in any related bankruptcy actions or contested foreclosures.• Shall be required to take all steps necessary and required to obtain title in the name of the township of old bridge for al parcels of real property for which in rem foreclosure actions are filed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
