CONS-25054 - USA (Pensacola, Florida) - Floor Rehabilitation Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide floor rehabilitation services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL. – Rehabilitate approximately 5,000 square feet of our transfer station tipping floor.– Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, mobilization, safety measures, cleanup and incidentals required for a complete installation.– Saw cut and mechanically remove existing concrete as necessary to create sound, keyed termination points at the entrance edge, interior bay joint, and other required termination locations. – Mechanically prepare the existing concrete by shot blasting to remove laitance, deteriorated material, grease, oil and contaminants and to establish a suitable bonding profile. – Provide the topping manufacturer's recommended bonding agent or primer compatible with the topping system and prepared existing concrete substrate.– Install a manufactured heavy–duty cementitious topping over approximately 5,000 square feet. – Install and restore control joints.– Remove construction debris and leave the work area clean, safe and ready for agency operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
